High and Low Temperature Aging Chamber is used for accelerated thermal cycling tests, alternating damp heat tests, and constant damp heat tests for charging piles, industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets, flexible supercharging stacks, etc. It can also perform routine high and low temperature tests, low temperature storage, to evaluate the behavior and performance of test specimens under given environmental conditions. It provides a virtual space to simulate real environments for product inspection and verification of R&D results.

Humidification System: Uses electronic micro-motion humidification system with parallel positioning.

Humidification tank is made of stainless steel and equipped with a water level observation window.

Equipped with dual protection devices for overheating and overflow.

Humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.

Water level control uses mechanical float ball valves to avoid electronic malfunctions.

Humidification water supply uses an automatic water replenishment system with a filter, eliminating the need for manual water addition.

Main Structure Design: Composed of four parts: sheet metal area, circuit area, refrigeration area, and water system area.

Water Tank Design: The test chamber uses tap water automatically supplied through a pure water filtration system for humidification; treated water conductivity ≤10μs/cm.

All water tanks and trays in the test chamber have a lowest drainage outlet to allow complete drainage and facilitate cleaning.

Air Duct Design: Uses an upper air outlet and lower air return structure; air volume uniformity is adjusted via louvered windows to achieve uniform temperature distribution.

Observation Window: Equipped with two rectangular W600*H700mm multi-layer insulated glass observation windows with electronic anti-fog function.

Test Ports: Two Ф250mm test ports on the left and right sides of the chamber for convenient power-on testing.

Internal Insulation Layer: Environmentally friendly rigid polyurethane and high-temperature resistant composite insulation material, thickness ≥100mm.

Door Structure: Flat embedded rotatable handle;

Hinges: Prevent door swaying, made of SUS #304; two high-tension silicone foam seals resistant to high and low temperatures; inner frame embedded with heating wires to prevent frost; door equipped with a safety release mechanism to open from the inside, preventing personnel from being locked in.

Internal Lighting: Equipped with moisture-proof and explosion-proof LED lights (18W) for clear visibility of test items in all corners; controlled via panel switch.

Heating Principle: Convective air inside the chamber passes through the heater to increase temperature; heat is distributed to the air and test specimens via forced circulation, achieving heating.

Heating Method: The temperature controller sends commands based on set temperature and signals from internal sensors, regulating heater output via logic circuits and SSR control modules.

Heater: Nickel-chromium alloy heating wire with over-temperature protection to prevent dry burning if the circulation fan stops, avoiding damage or safety hazards.

Over-Temperature Protector: Independent over-temperature protection control system to prevent sample damage due to controller failure.

Humidification Device: Uses high-nickel stainless steel armored electric heating tubes with缺水 protection and dry-burn protection.

Humidification Water: Pure water with insulation resistance greater than 50 MΩ or purified tap water.

Humidification Water Tank: Two-tier built-in >15L water tank for automatic water supply to the humidification tray; equipped with water level gauge and low-water alarm.

Control Method: Controller output signals via SSR solid-state relays for high-precision non-contact switching control.

Water Quality Requirements: Must meet national secondary laboratory water standards; solid impurities <1mg/L, resistivity ≥500 Ω·m.

Water Supply Method: Automatic/manual replenishment mode; equipment预留补水口 and water level observation window; automatic or manual water replenishment when水位过低.
